  • PTS (Alcohol-Based Sanitizer) – Provides rapid disinfection with quick evaporation, leaving no residue.

  • PT Quat (Quaternary Ammonium-Based Sanitizer) – Ensures long-lasting antimicrobial protection while being safe for continuous use on food contact surfaces.
     

Sanitizing Kitchen Equipment and High-Contamination Areas

Certain kitchen areas and equipment require thorough sanitation due to exposure to blood and high contamination risks. TCL’s TDX Liquid and TDX Powder (chlorine-based sanitizers) are highly effective for sanitizing such equipment. TDX is ideal for use in:

  • Meat Preparation Areas – Eliminates bacteria and prevents cross-contamination.

  • Fish Preparation Areas – Ensures proper sanitation to prevent contamination from raw seafood.

  • Chicken Preparation Areas – Removes harmful bacteria and blood residues, maintaining hygiene.

For optimal results, kitchen equipment should be soaked overnight in cold water with 100 PPM chlorine sanitizer, then rinsed the next morning before use.

 

Kitchen Floor Sanitation

Maintaining clean and grease-free kitchen floors is essential for hygiene and safety. TCL’s Microkiller, a pine detergent sanitizer, is designed to remove grease buildup and eliminate bad odors while ensuring a clean surface. To ensure cleanliness and efficiency in refrigerators and freezers, TCL provides Clean Freez, a specialized cleaner that effectively removes buildup and quickly defrosts ice. After cleaning, PT Quat or PTS should be used to sanitize freezer and refrigerator shelves and surfaces, preventing bacterial growth and maintaining hygiene.
